We can also provide first stage fabrication services on these Sunshades including cut-to-length, punching, mitering, drilling and machining to allow you to reduce costs and assembly times. Ask your EMS sales rep for more information about our Machining and Fabrication capabilities that include CNC Lathes and Mills, Shearing, Punching, Drilling, Roll Forming, Deburring, Welding, Assembly and much more. Available mitered or square cut with pre-punched holes - ready-to-assemble. Elliptical Air Foil blades from 2" to 12" are framed with rectangular tube or tapered outrigger frames.
