Awning Shapes  »  Sunshade/Air Foil System

To capitalize on the GREEN building initiative sweeping the commercial building industry, EMS has built custom Air Foil type Sunshade dies that are available to all of our customers. These dies allow fabricators to build structures requiring site specific engineering without having to invest in new tooling. Additionally, very little inventory investment is required since EMS already stocks most of the shapes.

We can also provide first stage value added services on these Sunshades including cut-to-length, punching, mitering, drilling and machining to allow you to reduce costs and assembly times.

Air Foil Blades Available: 2-1/8" - 4" - 6" - 7" - 8" - 10" and 12"

Various blade styles and sizes are also available.
