Weldable Bright Dip Anodized Pipe for Railing Applications

- Weldable Bright Dip Anodized Surface
- Requires no grinding or stripping before welding
- Anodized Material protects from the elements
- Available in Bright Polished or Bright Brushed
- Strong but also formable (Same pipe is used for towers on sport fishing boats which comes under significant torque etc.)
- Strength of the aluminum is comparable to 6063-T6
- BDA pipe provides an appearance similar to Stainless Steel but at a significantly lower price point
- This BDA pipe can be fabricated into cable rail systems
- In stock marine hardware may be adaptable to railing applications; Anodized End Caps available for all SCH 40 pipe sizes
- Short lead times... material in stock
- Typical TIG welding wire used is 5356
- If desired, welds can be touched up with Sheffield Red Hot Aluminum Paint available from many local outlets
