For years EMS has proven to be a cost effective alternative in supplying aluminum extrusions to manufacturers of vertical blinds and roller shades. Many types of anodized tracks and pinion gears are available for immediate shipment most often on company trucks saving additional freight charges for our customers.

Our extruded aluminum hem bars and painted facias typically work with several different manufacturers systems.
Of interest to roll shade fabricator, EMS has recently invested in equipment to efficiently apply a high quality double sided tape to our roller tubes. These taped roller tubes can now be purchased direct from stock. Roller tubes without tape will continue to be available in addition to the pre-applied taped tubes.
Taped Keyed Roller Tubes:
